Can someone please help me understand this price guide

Video Games

On the website tcdb.com I did a screenshot of the value of 8 Pokemon cards that I own 2 of them are duplicates. I'll share with you the photos right now can you explain to me why this individual for starters wants to charge people a ridiculous fee of $5. $5 fee is so that he basically takes it out from PayPal through subscription so that he doesn't ad bomb you. You do understand that this is illegal when any website blatantly decides to ad-bomb anyone and charge you a small fee to remove all ads it's extortion. Then on top of it understand one thing I'm a disabled veteran I have no problem with speaking my mind when people blatantly antagonize cyberbully or use profanity and say seriously some of the most disgusting things towards me with my courage as a 17 year old kid who decided to join the US Military. I served 13 years I deployed 8 times overseas as a US Army Ranger. I was also attached to some US Navy Seals and I'm very lucky to have lived after being blown up in Afghanistan. I don't like lier's and I have a problem with people such as this website taking advantage of people who maybe don't know the laws behind it take for example tcdb.com, pricecharting.com, or JJgames.com! For example with tcdb.com so they don't track anything when it comes to cards they do not have in their collection take for example 2022-23 Topps NBL Basketball Cards. I had to update a lot of the prices myself and furthermore anybody could do that most people don't whatever you can do it from auctions or retail websites. How he averages the amount I don't even know. Maybe he uses that abacus calculator I don't even know though! So about 2 years ago I sold a video game on pricecharting.com called family fun stadium events for $200 loose. The person who bought this video game from me I then transfer the money from PayPal directly to my bank account to purchase a tracking label. I had no balance left in PayPal, the owner to pricecharting.com emailed me immediately because he wanted to congratulate me with my sale on his website. However he told me he was going to place that item in a different category of his website. So that it does not get tracked and interfere with anybody who owns that title. He never wants stated where that would be listed. Not only just that but Jonathan Hendricks the owner to pricecharting.com decided he would place me on vacation mode. When I wasn't on vacation mode this was the start of the pandemic too by the way. I asked him hey bud how long are you going to put me on vacation mode I would like to know because I have a lot of games in my inventory that I would like to sell he says I don't know. Didn't think you were going to do something like that, so long story short I used to wholesale video games to the owner of pricecharting.com! That was until I learned that he also owns a retail video game store called jjgames.com! I sold him roughly around 77,000 video games in 4 and ½ years. And basically when I realized he had a video game store and all these prices for these video games were really low until he took over ownership of them and well I started noticing the prices skyrocketing. And everything I was adding to my collection was getting lower and lower in value by $10 here $20 there even $300 with there never being a sale for that video game no data to back it. So since then I have been tracking everything JJ Hendricks puts out there and well I even contacted eBay to confirm if what he was telling people was accurate. It's not, accurate at all as a matter of fact eBay told me he doesn't have their authority or permission to track any video game sales data. So whenever I sold that video game family Fun Stadium events just so you know he logged into my account issued a refund to the buyer for $200 my bank sends the buyer that refund for $200. Then PayPal sees that the refund button has been submitted what is PayPal do they turn around and send the buyer and additional $200 refund. I then had to pay PayPal back $230 $30 was for not having a balance with paypal. $200 was for the refund because the purchase price was $200. So my bank paid that individual $200, as well as PayPal issued a $200 refund to the individual who purchased that video game from me because Jonathan Hendricks the owner to pricecharting.com was mad that I never sold him that video game when I used to wholesale video games. So he ended up logging into my account pretending he was me however he did that I will never know. On top of it the very fact that he clicked submit a refund to the buyer my bank issued a refund to the buyer of $200. Then PayPal issued that same $200 refund to that buyer. Because I transferred that money to my bank account to purchase a tracking label, I now had to pay PayPal back the $200 plus the $30 for having no balance in my PayPal account. What is sad though is I had money in my bank account you would think they'd be linkable but they're not. I don't know if you've ever played that game or not but when you plug it into the console so you have to click the reset button to get the game in English I believe it goes in Russian or Chinese or something like that but you got to click reset like three times to put it back in English mode. This buyer was unaware of this. He didn't believe this game was legitimate when in fact it was how do I know this I used to work for Nintendo North in the fraudulent claims division. And well that is how I came into owning this video game. Funny thing is too so I was upset because who wouldn't be after losing $430 on a $200 sale. And never being reimbursed that money as well as being placed on vacation mode not being told when you're going to be taken off of vacation mode. Trying to tell this individual you are protected class during covid-19 so said the president he knows you are terminally ill yet he's still tells you I do not care that you are protected class and I do not care that you are disabled veteran. So tell you what I did I submitted this game to WATA Game Grading Company to be Graded by WATA games! This game came back as a loose cartridge graded a 9.9 loose cartridge video game the highest non CIB graded video game. So just so you know I ended up selling this video game at a Heritage auctions for I believe it sold for $146,000 this was 2 years ago by the way. I then let the person know who purchased that game that they were a fool for basically sending back the video game to me thinking that I sold them a replica or fake. I then told them how much that video game sold for and I believe gocollect.com even wrote an article about this being the most pristine loose cartridge they had ever seen in their lifetime. This being said this came from the owner of pricecharting.com someone who I used to wholesale video games too thinking that I sold a fake game to somebody for $200. When in reality the person who owns pricecharting.com clearly doesn't know the value of video games and he clearly says that to me in his email when he said he was going to place it in a different category of his website so that it doesn't get tracked and interfere with anybody who owns that title. I asked him if he knew the value of prototype video games at all and how come his website doesn't list the different version of boxes for Nintendo NES! Such as hang tab non hang tab first code star on the tabs meaning it's a competition game one blah blah blah he didn't know the difference. He didn't even know the value for the difference he considers any version of Excitebike or Super Mario Bros to be the same as a first edition black box with the matte sticker that reads Nintendo across the top when sealed. He truly doesn't know the value of video games he has manipulated the price guide so much that literally the price of the video games that are listed on his website today are not the actual price at all. And unless you actually track them you will not know the price of those video games. You actually have to click each link to make sure it's sold in that condition because a lot of the times they are with box only no manual. Sometimes they are even graded but they're not us versions of the video game such as Pokemon Red for Gameboy. If you go through the history of the cells on heritageauctions.com you will come across one that is I believe Spanish version or something which I do not believe they ever made a box for a Mexican version like that I've never seen one I've never heard of one at all. Chances of that box being legit I feel bad for the person that bought it I really do, because I don't believe it exists. And that is coming from somebody who asked somebody who has worked for Nintendo North for I believe 41 years. And they've never seen that box not one time, so that being said honestly be careful what you buy make sure you know what you're buying ahead of time. Nintendo played a joke on WATA Game Grading Company a few years ago by sending in several games that were mixed matched at cardboard for the manuals they weighed what they should but we all knew they were BS. They didn't know that they thought because it came from Nintendo North they were legit they graded them very high. When we opened them on camera and sent them back that video they were so discouraged by what they graded. You should have seen the look on her face it was pretty bad to say the least. But I guess it needed to happen to prove to them that they don't know Jack about sealed video games! So that being said what do you think about the entire situation do you think I should be reimbursed the $430. Also do you think my account should be reinstated through pricecharting.com and I should be taking off vacation mode immediately. And furthermore this is why I don't trust PayPal anymore people. I once sold a kid out of Florida 114 Factory sale video games. They told me I was protected because both packages were signed for by the same person the homeowner. Then he cried to his bank his bank issued a chargeback on my wife's account. Long story short I was protected yes UPS even said that he left both packages there on the porch they were signed for. But he was claiming he didn't receive them and well thank God I know a lot of video game stores because him being in Florida he's close to a video game store called lukie Games. And well sure enough he tried to sell these video games there. When this happened this store owner called me immediately asked me what does he want me to do with this individual. I told him that I filed a police report with Daytona Beach Police Department and to notify this detective. Do you know that this individual was scamming people right and left by doing the same exact scheme. And I guess was wanted out of Indianapolis as well. So I guess you got arrested for trying to fraudulently take advantage of a disabled veteran. Someone who is going blind has Grandmal seizures a heart condition profound hearing loss PTSD and TBI. Pretty sad right and PayPal closed out that complaint sided with us and for the more even closed out my wife's account. Because of PayPal's inability to protect its sellers I choose to no longer utilize their services I only trust eBay and zelle. And furthermore I only trust them because my bank utilizes Zelle. And well until I get the money in my hand I don't ship nothing. But I'll tell you this much as long as you don't lie to me try to take advantage of me due to my health I tend to give you a very good deal and I send you bonus cards on top of it or video games whatever you buy you get hooked up fat. That being said seriously just understand one thing people this is a small world and if you Google my last name I have family everywhere I had a kid purchase graded comic books from me. He wanted them shipped to Australia where he was from he didn't have to wait 2 weeks for the comic books to be in quarantine because I have family in Australia who brought the package to him. This being said he received it from me in California all the way male to Australia 18 graded comic books in 2 weeks. So that being said I believe my cousin even gave him two tickets to go see a drag racing event. So he was pretty happy about that. That being said I don't like pressing charges on people I really don't but when you're blatantly trying to get over on someone and steal video games that I wish I would have never sold. I had Commodore 64 video games Factory sealed people the human torch and a thing. And what did he do he opened them to play them funny guy right had I got them graded I could have probably sold them for at least $25,000 to $30,000 if not more easily. Seriously I kid you not.
