If there is an MLB lockout will Topps be allowed or able to print cards next year? I’ve been hearing yes and no ? Will the other companies be able to print cards with team names and logo’s on them if Topps can ? I ask because if there is no agreement and Topps can, can Donruss and Upper Deck as well?. Probably a good question for a corporate attorney with knowledge of those agreements and contracts?
