I love Vic Power, the flamboyant Puerto Rican.
He was one of the best defensive players of his era, winning seven consecutive Gold Glove Awards (1958ā1964) at first base. He revolutionized first base with a one-handed fielding style.
He was a skilled contact hitter with a career .284 average and a 6-time All-Star.
