The first pic is of “Sculpey” my choice medium for the initial sculpture. You can see the sculpture on an armature & scrap wood base. This hardens in an ordinary oven. The piece is then taken to a local mold maker. The mold maker also “casts” 3 hard rubber pieces. I then paint 2 of the hard rubber pieces & one is sent to China for production. China sends the entire production including packaging. Prosports then attaches the players autograph & they are sent to the marketplace / retailer.
