Oilers have added exclusive sports cards to season seat holders packages for the upcoming season, which I think is awesome.

I think teams now have to start thinking through their collectibles strategy and this is a step in the right direction. We saw it with how Cllct helped out with Alex Ovechkin's record breaking goal this past year. The New York Islanders even announced last week that they are partnering with Cllct for their new Islanders Game Originals program (link below).

Let's hope the Oilers continue to head in this direction and send actual signed memorabilia next year!
