I get that all the time. I’m not a fan of my birthday or Christmas. I’m still forced to celebrate them. I find that people don’t want to give me anything I’ll actually like. They think what I want is silly or childish and I shouldn’t ask for what I want. In reality I’m so easy to shop for. Cards, sports apparel, anything R2-D2, gift cards work great for books and video games. These things are a core part of who I am. Why shouldn’t I enjoy the things that make Yom, Tom? Anyways my wife bought me a box of cards. I beat the odds with 2 hits. Now that’s a birthday! (Olive celebrated her birthday today too!)
