As far as I could research, this card came from the 1995 Norwich Navigators Senator Thomas J. Dodd Memorial Stadium Opening Day Program (Choice Marketing). Although, all the programs I was able to find contained Purple variations. This Green Variation Shane Spencer Insert Card seems more rare. If anyone could share any insight, I would appreciate it.
