Short story: My wife and I are still new in the Pokemon grail hunting phenomenon. We’ve met some amazing TCG dealers at MegaCon Orlando so far. What stings is we had thought about pulling the trigger on a Pristine Gem Mint 10 Umbreon and came back to the dealer the next day, only to find out someone had presumably stolen that same exact card. I helped the owners search through their inventory in case it was misplaced, but to no avail.

I cringed when we couldn’t purchase it, but I felt even worse for the owners who had that card and it slipped away. Terrible people out there…
