After doing some research, I found that PSA was more understanding of OPC poorly cut edges. Amongst the cards from previous post was this rejected card due to being miscut. I knew it was but was still centered well enough that I took a chance. No joy unfortunately. If you zoom in the right edge was cut straight but looks like it was cut with a with a butter knife from 1930
