I focus a good amount of my collection on Topps Chrome Refractors from 2000 through 2008 for a number of reasons. I naturally gravitate towards players from that era because it was my childhood. There are a number of widely recognized sets that have already become classics (‘03 Basketball, ‘08 any sport, ‘02 Baseball, ‘05 Basketball are my favorites). I love the value proposition: plenty of low pop numbered parallels.
