I did my first ever damage submission with Topps on a McGonigle 1st Bowman Orange Wave Auto /25 that I hit in a break. I was generally happy with the process (even the phone support when I called to ask about whether I should send it in was fantastic). My only gripe is that it took over three months, but that seems like the way of the hobby world these days. Overall, I’m over the moon that a got a worthy (maybe better?) replacement for my damaged card!
