Hi all,

In my video today I covered a situation where an eBay buyer paid $6.55 for shipping and the seller shipped it for $1.10 in a PWE.

When asked about it, the seller admitted that shipping for $6 would’ve hurt his profit.

What do you think about this? Is it fraud by the seller? Savvy?
