I picked this up several years ago for what I felt like was a steal. Harmon Killebrew’s cards can still be found for pennies compared to other all time great sluggers. Watching Schwarber last night kinda reminded me a guy like him who apparently quietly put together a monster career. Not saying Kyle Schwarber is in the same room as Killebrew, but didn’t realize that Schwarber already has over 300 career homers in essentially 11 seasons.
