Mantel Beta Program - Rules & Guidelines

Confidentiality

• Features and discussions in this group are confidential until publicly released

• Don't share screenshots, videos, or details about unreleased features outside this group

• You can tell people you're in the beta program, but keep specific feature details private

Participation Expectations

• Use new features 3-4x per week and share your reactions

• Engage weekly in the group (comment on posts, answer questions, start discussions)

• Attend monthly video calls (or let us know in advance if you can't make it)

• Be honest - we want real feedback, not what you think we want to hear

Feedback Priority We care most about (in order):

1. Your emotional reactions ("this frustrated me" or "this was exciting")

2. Your product sense (would other collectors use this?)

3. Data gaps or missing features you notice

4. Bug reports (important, but lowest priority)

Communication

• Keep feedback constructive and respectful

• If you need to step back or can't participate, just let us know - no hard feelings

• All conversations stay in this group unless you prefer to DM us privately

TestFlight & Dev Builds

• You'll get access to features that may be buggy or incomplete - that's expected

• Report issues, but understand things might break

• Don't use TestFlight builds for critical transactions until features are stable

Commitment

• This is an ongoing program (no set end date)

• We'll check in quarterly to make sure this still works for you

• You can leave anytime - just give us a heads up

Inactive Members

• If you become inactive (not engaging for 2+ weeks), we'll reach out

• If you can't commit anymore, we'll replace you with another community member
