I installed the CapitalOne Shopping Chrome extension a few week back. I haven't really used it at all, it was just sitting running in the background of my browser. Today it was finally useful and found a deal worth checking out. A pop up appeared on my screen as I was browsing the Topps website. "Get $80 when you spend $100" ummm yes please.
