New Addition!

The second single by Genesis. Released May 10 1968, a few months after the February release of their first single "The Silent Sun". This one the UK promo label.

Super hard to come by. Been after it for some time. Settled for some damage on the label, but it was priced accordingly, so IMO worth it to finally get this one checked off the wantlist. So now have fewer pieces to find, but of course, all even higher up the price scale.

This one (and it's b-side "One-Eyed Hound") didn't make it to the first album until being added as bonus material on its first re-release in 1976. Their whole first album work is very 60's pop (courtesy of producer Jonathan King), but even so, the undertone of what they'd be in a year or two is here.
