Ray Allen is still the best pure shooter in the NBA. Of course, people have their opinions, and Steph Curry is the best three-point shooter in the history of the league. But, Ray Allen has the best, most pure looking shot in terms of form, that I’ve ever seen. This is a beautiful example of his 1996 Bowman‘s best rookie atomic refractor. I was convinced that this would come back as a PSA 10. It appears flawless. The shine on these early atomic factors is unparalleled. Still, happy to have this in a PSA 9 grade.
