Sometimes the answer is so obvious you feel stupid asking but I think it’s necessary to ask. I’ve read online that scanning cards are better for potential buyers to look at vs taking photos of them upright.

I scan the cards in the Penny Sleeve and Top Loader. The card is in great condition but the image shows lots of scratches because of the top loader. I use a flat bed scanner, should I be scanning the cards raw or only in the penny sleeve? Thanks everyone!
