Customer is FILING A LAWSUIT against Whatnot after claiming that his child spent $67K on the app in TWO HOURS.
I am not a lawyer. I have no idea what the law would say here. But feels like a kid with mom and dad's credit card isn't WhatNot's fault, right? If you have the CC info and the login/pw for the Whatnot account, how is WhatNot supposed to police that?
