I picked up my first N28 Allen & Ginter card a couple of years ago as like many people, I thought that the cards looked amazing and was fascinated by the rich history of the subjects. I originally only intended to get one (which is my avatar on this site) to add to my collection along with a couple from other sets at the time as examples of some of the earliest baseball cards, but instead got hooked.

I recently crossed the halfway point of the complete 50-card set (and am now at 31 of them), but am fortunate to have been able to collect the most-desired ones. Although these cards aren't too difficult to acquire, finding ones that are in that sweet spot of both reasonable quality and reasonable price can be a challenge and took some time.

Last week I was able to get the final card of the 10-card baseball "subset" and I thought I'd share it here.
