Bought a 2025 Topps Chrome UFC hobby box via Fanatics drop and landed my first 1/1! Still doesn't feel real. UFC281 was the first numbered event I attended where Poatan initially captured UFC gold (middleweight). Planning on grading it and assessing the value from there. Not sure I want to sell, but thinking it's in the 4 figure range given the max holloway raw 1/1 just sold for $660.
