Larry was an All Star in each of his three seasons in the American Basketball Association. After the San Antonio Spurs joined the National Basketball Association, he was twice more an All Star and on 26 December 1976, in a game against the Kansas City Kings, he set the NBA single game record for steals with 11 (it was tied by Kendall Gill in 1999). Muhsin Kenon (he converted to Islam post retirement) turns 73 today.
