Otto Graham took the Browns to championship games in all 10 of his pro-football seasons. The Browns won 7 of those 10 games - 1946, 1947, 1948 & 1949 in the All-America Football Conference and 1950, 1954 & 1955 in the NFL.

He also won a championship as a member of the Rochester Royals (now the Sacramento Kings) in his only year of pro-basketball (1945-46 season).
