Craig earned the starting third base job for the 1989 Baltimore Orioles and finished fourth in the American League Rookie of the Year voting. His play regressed in 1990 and he lost his job in 1991 to Leo Gomez. Still he banged around AAA and the Majors for the next five seasons with several teams. Craig Worthington turns 61 today.
