I was introduced to this site recently. They use a complex math equation looking at the blinded card grade, collector eye appeal and actual grade to determine an eyeQ+ score. Then for those cards that qualify, give you a sticker to keep (or affix to the back of the slab) much like MBA or PWCC ratings - but determined with clarity and transparency (and for free if the card is worthy). Check out this 1937 Jesse Owens Ogdens card which received a GOD TIER eye appeal sticker!
