You Can File "Product Defect Submission" From Topps For A Bad Hobby Box

A Reddit post caught my eye today - a collector opened his $140 hobby box and didn't hit one relic or auto (had only base cards - yikes). He was quite upset, but then I noticed the comments mentioning you can file a defect to Topps. If your box is missing a guaranteed hit, Topps will in some way reimburse you or send you something to offset your loss.
