The 1968 Topps Baseball Posters (tall, fold-out “poster inserts”) were not sold as a standalone product—they were inserted directly into standard packs of 1968 Topps baseball cards.

They were inserted one per pack in random 1968 wax packs. Topps included the posters as a premium, much like stand-ups or game pieces in other years.
This is why nearly all surviving examples have fold lines; they were machine-folded by Topps and could not be obtained without creases at the time.
They were included in regular wax packs across the country rather than regionally released.
