I recently sold a card that was originally listed on eBay, off of eBay. The buyer had reached out to me and we communicated on social media. Their eBay and social media seemed legit so I felt comfortable making the sale and payment was issued promptly via Venmo.
Now the buyer has contacted me saying they have not received the card, although the USPS tracking number shows it was delivered.
How would you handle this? Help appreciated
