Once the rain stopped today in normally sunny southern California I went out for air to run errands. It also provided a chance to checkout a collection of new baseball cards at my local card store. It is always fun to see the latest singles, wax packs and sealed boxes. And the store is just beautiful. It is all new, organized and shiny. But, BOY OH BOY WAS I STUNNED/SHOCKED when I saw the three levels of boxes for Topps Cosmic Chrome Baseball Cards. Respectively up the size ladder - $400, $800 and $2,140. As Dorothy said to Toto in the "Wonderful Wizard of Oz, "we are not in Kansas anymore." Thoughts anyone?
