I was really excited to hear that Alan Roden made Toronto’s opening day roster. The guy has been putting up god tier numbers since college, and he was my sleeper pick last season when he hit .293/.391/.475 and 16 HRs in the minors. This spring he’s slashing .407/.541/.704 with a gaudy 219 wRC+. I’m hoping he does well enough for the Blue Jays to keep giving him ABs once a couple vets come back from the IL, and I’m looking forward to collecting his rookie cards (he doesn’t even have any Bowman cards yet).
