1985 Topps USFL Generals legend Doug Flutie.
He wasn’t supposed to be great. Too short, not built right, always told he wouldn’t last. But in 1984 at Boston College, he kept winning anyway. Last game of the season against powerhouse Miami, seconds left, one final play from way too far out. Flutie scrambles, throws it as time runs out, just heaves it up. Somehow his guy comes down with it in the end zone. Game over. That throw wins him the Heisman and turns him into a legend. Whole story kind of sums him up, everyone says no, and he just does it anyway.
