One of the all-time greats 💪🔥

I won this hat at a charity event in 1997. It features autographs from Lawrence Taylor, Phil Simms, and a bunch of other guys who weren't nearly as good, and it's just awesome.

(The charity event was a softball game between Giants players and local PD. I'm pretty sure the Giants won, so yay for that 💪)

No single on the Defensive Side of the ball incited more fear than L.T. did. I hear that Joe Theisman is legally required to send him a card for Father’s Day. I purchased the jersey and mini helmet because he was my brother’s favorite player.

Sometimes the hobby throws you a crossover you just don’t see coming. I was going through a box of old cards and stumbled onto this gem—Lawrence Taylor on a WrestleMania XI promo card. Peak 90’s chaos.

Not only was LT on the promo… he actually wrestled Bam Bam Bigelow in the main event. From wrecking quarterbacks on Sundays to stepping into the ring against one of WWE’s toughest big men—that’s the kind of wild, only-in-the-90’s crossover that makes this hobby so much fun.
