How do you turn a great looking junk wax era card into a great collectible? A nice in-person autograph will do the trick! Back in the early 90s, when I was a teenager, I used to send cards through the mail to spring training. While it was often not successful, I did have some great success stories, including this fantastic “Donnie Baseball” card from 1991. I think he should be in the Hall of Fame…do you?
