MLB Pioneer Selection -- Roy Campanella 💥 Roy Campanella is an MLB Pioneer and Legendary Hall of Famer. He debuted with the Washington (later Baltimore) Elite (pronounced EE- Light) at the age of 15 in 1937. He played eight seasons in the Negro Leagues before joining the Dodgers.
