When I find something vintage, it’s always a plus. This Briggs Stadium postcard was a really cool find for $1.50.

Briggs Stadium was the former historic ballpark in Detroit, MI. Later renamed Tiger Stadium, it served as home of the Detroit Tigers from 1912 to 1999 and the Detroit Lions from 1938 to 1974.

From what little research I have done, this postcard is from 1930-1945. Unfortunately, I can’t make out the postmark on the reverse of the postcard.
