Will the Patriots end up trading for an additional running back. Which of the struggling teams will be sellers?

My hope is that we put in an offer for Kamara as the Saints are probably going to end up with a top 3 pick the way things are going. However Miami and the Browns might be sellers as well but it will probably end up being who wants to hold onto big contracts and who doesn’t.
