Interesting read from The Athletic- today Topps confirmed they had an independent auditor (KPMG) evaluate how they pack/ship product, and they confirmed that the process is entirely random, and loaded boxes aren't being sent to breakers.

Somehow I don't think this will quiet down the chatter whenever a big breaker pulls a major chase card, but smart of Topps to release the findings.
