To go along with my recent Barry Bonds card post, Rafael Palmeiro was an amazing hitter who had a fantastic career. He, too, had some steroid allegation issues, but he hit with power and consistency over multiple teams. He was also one of my favorite players in the late 80s and early 90s. I do think he should belong in the Hall of Fame. The Donruss and Leaf signature series cards were amazing. They had a massive set list and had multiple parallels as well. You can still pick up these cards relatively inexpensively, but they’re gaining steam the longer we go in time. They present very well in person.
