The Albo is not the rarest of the monstera varieties, but it is still harder to find. I recently purchased this small one from a local seller than had imported a bunch. What makes this variety unique is the stunning white variegation. Albos can give fully white leaves, but that isn’t actually desired. You want a mostly white, but not completely. Fully white leaves will die off since they do not have the necessary chlorophyll for photosynthesis. What makes these plants hard is they are very prone to root rot, so you must straddle the line of watering enough to avoid dry rot, but not too much to avoid regular rot. This plant is still in moss rather than soil because I prefer a better root system before potting into soil. This plant is still in quarantine as it is new to my collection. Always quarantine new additions to any plant collection.
