I enjoyed reading a bit of lighter fare (even for sports) about KC Royals' favorite superheroes. As Bobby Witt Jr. is my favorite baseball player, I was happy to read that Spider-Man was his favorite superhero as he was also mine growing up. And still is, I guess...

In honor of this as well as tomorrow being Free Comic Book Day, here is my collection of Spider-Man's first appearance and the first three issues of the series (please forgive the slight glare).
