This was an interesting graphic posted by PWCC about the 1986 Fleer MJ Rookie card in PSA slabs.

While many people consider a population of 324 PSA 10s to be high, it’s only 1.2% of all graded copies (Very tough).

And the PSA 9s account for 11.2% which I think leaves some good room for long term growth.
