Cynthia Lynne Cooper-Dyke is a former WNBA player and current head coach of the Texas Southern women's basketball team. Considered one of the greatest female basketball players, she won championships in the Olympics, college, and the WNBA. During her WNBA career, Cooper-Dyke led the Comets to four consecutive championships from 1997–2000, earning WNBA Finals MVP each time. She's a member of both the Naismith Memorial and Women's Basketball Halls of Fame.
