Eddie Collins became the White Sox' franchise-changing superstar and one of the greatest players ever to wear a Chicago uniform.
Over 12 seasons with the White Sox (1915–1926), Collins hit .331, had a .428 OBP, stole 368 bases, played Gold Glove–caliber shortstop and was one of the best baserunners and smartest overall players in baseball.
