One of the many folks we interviewed while making The Hobby was Chris Ivy - Director of Sports Auctions at Heritage. One of the funnest parts of making films is finding yourself behind the scenes in all kinds of places you’d otherwise never have access to. In my career, that has led me all kinds of places - arenas, hospitals, airport runways, the FedEx matrix, Nike factories, NBA players’ mansions, and so on. It’s certainly the most exciting part of the job of making films, but for The Hobby, I was always a kid in a candy shop, drooling at grail cards left and right and getting to meet incredibly smart folks and ask them endless questions.
