Collecting wine, for me is finding the gems, then holding them for the right moment, and then appreciating them.

Love this vineyard. Have a bunch waiting for days like this, as much as I am!

Taste testing beef from a new source. One Wagyu NY strip, two Omaha. Gotta say, the Wagyu a bit too rich for my taste.

But the wine… OH so fine 😎!!
