This is a fun little piece called “Have a Nice Day” by the German urban artist who goes by Kunstrasen. This was fun, because early in his career, I was able to work directly with the artist to make this commission. He and I discussed some ideas, and came up with a monkey holding a banana That slowly started to ripen and then rot. The last image showing the monkey with a brown banana and being sad. I’ve always enjoyed the Warholesque concept of multiple similar images with slight differences in variation of color or theme.
