A couple weeks ago I got a $20 coupon for Fanatics Live. One of those “come back and check us out again!” promos.

So I bought the cheapest team I could find (White Sox) in a Bowman Chrome break. Two weeks later I got a package that had two autographed White Sox cards. Apparently the breakers can keep all the other cards and only have to send you the “hits.” So I didn’t get any 1sts or base or anything — just two garbage autos. I even went back and it didn’t say it anywhere.

On top of that, all breakers remind me of DFS “pros” from a decade ago. They might be the same people. I just feel the scummy coming off them, it’s all indistinguishable annoying bros who speedrun through the cards, sleeve and move on. And now they keep 90% of the cards?

Anyone know why they do that? Save on postage? Do they turn around and sell the base?
