The latest controversy surrounding Backyard Breaks isn’t just another footnote in their long history of reckless behavior, this is outright disturbing. During a live stream, one of their members made some grotesque pedophilia comments.

Let’s be clear there’s no “joke" here. There’s no excuse. This isn’t edgy or controversial, it’s sick. To say something so casually, so publicly, makes you wonder just how twisted these guys really are. Even if this was meant as some warped attempt at humor, it speaks volumes about the character (or lack thereof) of those involved.

This isn’t about sports cards or entertainment. It’s about basic human decency. And right now, Backyard Breaks has made it clear where they stand. I won’t be tuning in. I won’t be supporting them. And I’m left wondering—who in their right mind still will?
