After being drafted by the Cleveland Browns, Judkins received a domestic violence charge that could cause his career to come to a standstill for now. Many have speculated that he returned to College Athletics as he currently could do so the way the system currently works. Unlike the MLB, if he did return to the NCAA the Browns would retain his draft rights the following year.
Right now he is believed to be staying in the NFL upon investigation. Currently he is the last draft pick to not sign a contract with their team.
