Growing up in The Boogie Down Bronx in the 1980’s - this card was my goal Holy Grail. I had to deliver a lot of NY Daily News papers to save up the $35 to buy it in either ‘85 or ‘86. I probably bought it at the peak of the market back then (my luck lol)

There was a time when my brother (🕊) and my college roommate were down to our last $15 in Atlantic City and we put it all on #23 for “Donnie Baseball”. And it hit! We were chanting Donnie Baseball and laughing our asses off. We still talk about it today.
